  7.         The basic license agreement won't let you develope commercial
  8.         programs with DSMI. If you want to develope such programs,
  9.         please contact the author for commercial licensing information.
  10.         Usually I have made a royalty based license i.e. I get a
  11.         percentage.

  14.         To get a license to use DSMI, you need to fill this order form
  15.         and mail it with signed Licence Agreement (LICENSE.DSM) to Otto
  16.         Chrons. Only printed form is acceptable. After you have filled
  17.         the form correctly, pay the price of DSMI using following
  18.         methods:
